Six Generations of Herrington's have ranched in Rock County Nebraska

  • Lorenzo Dow (James) Herrington homesteaded in Southern Rock county in 1900's.
  • Edgar Elmer Herrington purchased the present ranch from Henry Janzen in Rock County in 1923.
  • Ray Edgar Herrington is still on the same place and semi retired.
  • William (Bill) Ray Herrington present day Manager along with his son,
  • Beau Jay Herrington the fifth generation of Herrington's to care for the ranch.
  • Gage Michael Herrington is the Sixth Generation to grow up ranching in Rock County Nebraska.
